Combined with our coaching and consulting services, having an experienced attorney at Team Acuity allows us to combine business and legal advice for business and owner success. We focus on business formation, planning and succession, and other general legal advice for topics such as contract review and negotiation, employment contracts and other human resource issues. All legal services provided through Team Acuity are performed by Scott Thomas, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since 1993. All legal services and fees are invoiced and accounted for separately from any other coaching or consulting services performed by Team Acuity staff, whether by Scott Thomas or other Team Acuity team member.
